Things You Need to Know

I founded Enliven Your Skin with one goal in mind: giving my customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Enliven Studio policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Cancellation,Late and No Shows

We are thrilled and excited to see each and every client who graces our studio and because we value your time, we practice the following cancellation and/or late policy to ensure you can enjoy an on-time and stress-free experience.

  • 24 Hours cancellation notice is required for all appointments.

  • If you cancel within the policy period OR do not arrive (virtually) for your appointment at all ("no-show"), the full amount of the treatment will be charged. This is standard spa policy and there are no exceptions. Thank you for understanding. Your therapist's time was set aside for you and that is the reason for this policy in spas and salons.


  • We extend a 10 minute late arrival for all appointments though you will receive the remaining time of your scheduled treatment. Arrival time of 10 minutes or later for 1/2 hour treatments is considered a No-Show and 15 minutes for sessions  50 minutes or more.

  • If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment in advance in consideration of your therapist and to ensure maximum enjoyment of your experience. Our therapist don't work when they are sick and we appreciate the same.

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

​Shipping is free within the continental United States for orders over $85. Orders under $85 require a $10 shipping charge.

Orders are processed  Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

For in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7-10 business days once the package has been shipped.

Please note free shipping does not include arrival on weekends and holidays. ENLIVENYOURSKIN is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including address errors, transit delays, transportation failures, weather, and acts of nature.

Email notifications will be sent along with order confirmation and tracking information. Orders may also be tracked by logging into your ENLIVENYOURSKIN account.


The Small Print

To start a return or exchange you can contact us at We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after the item arrives to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
