Microchanneling, the game changer.

Updated: Jul 21

"What is your favorite treatment" is undoubtably one of the most frequently asked questions I receive from clients and my broad answer is that it depends on the clients skin type, condition and what they are trying to achieve.

However, if anyone were to ask what treatment I believe provides the most visible and dramatic results in the shortest amount of time, addresses a range of the most common skin issues such as scarring, lines and wrinkles, loss of elasticity and hyperpigmentation and actually engages the client's own body system to initiate the natural healing response and facilitates an increased production of collagen and elastin which transates to non-superficial regeneration, hands down my response is Microchanneling.

What is exactly is Microchanneling?

Microchanneling is referred to as the next-generation procedure of microneedling. It is similar to microneedling in many ways. For instance, it is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that is used to increase the production of collagen and elastin in the body to make your skin younger-looking and plump.

How does a Microchanneling Treatment stimulate cellular activity? A single treatment creates hundreds of thousands of microchannels. In response to each micro-injury, an inflammatory healing process begins which initiates the formation of new collagen. Over time, the repeated healing process improves the surface texture and the overall appearance of the skin.

During the procedure at Enliven Your Skin, a stem cell-containing serum is fed through the channels into the skin to provide all the required nutrients to the cells and accelerate the repairing process to generate new skin cells quickly. It is a less abrasive and invasive process, thus considered superior to microneedling on the face.

Incredibly, this is accomplished with minimal discomfort, little to no downtime and is far more competitively priced than it's counter parts such as Laser Treatments, Mesotherapy and PRP.

Finally, I love partnering Microchanneling with other modalities such as Microcurrent (another favorite for all the reasons mentioned above), Dermaplanning, LED and RF which heighten the results.

Speaking of results....
