our cancelation and return policy

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and provide the best service possible, please take note of the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy for Virtual Consultations

  • ​​Cancellation Notice:  We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your virtual consultation. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will be subject to 50% cancellation fee of the consultation price.

  • No-Shows:  If you do not attend the scheduled consultation and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, the full consultation fee will be charged.

  • Rescheduling:   If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate changes as long as they are requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Please contact us to arrange a new time.

  •  Emergency Situations:  We understand that emergencies arise. If you have a genuine emergency and cannot provide the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

  •  Refunds: In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, no refunds will be issued. If you have pre-paid for the session and need to cancel within the appropriate time frame, you will receive a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an organized and respectful schedule. If you have any questions or need to discuss any concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

Returns

To start a return or exchange you can contact us at info@eys.la. We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after the item arrives to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

 
Exceptions / non-returnable items:m Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

Shipping is free within the continental United States for orders over $85. Orders under $85 require a $10 shipping charge.

Orders are processed  Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

For in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7-10 business days once the package has been shipped.

Please note free shipping does not include arrival on weekends and holidays. ENLIVENYOURSKIN is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including address errors, transit delays, transportation failures, weather, and acts of nature.

Email notifications will be sent along with order confirmation and tracking information. Orders may also be tracked by logging into your ENLIVENYOURSKIN account.
